Couriers, delivery times and methods
Italy (including islands) and Europe.
Orders are usually processed within 24/72 hours (working days).
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9-13 and 14-18. To facilitate the operation it is necessary to enter an address where there is a person present on the days at the scheduled times. If the courier does not find the recipient, he will leave a notice of attempted delivery: it is necessary to contact the courier immediately to arrange the return or the location where to collect the package.
In the event of a refusal of the package, ProfumiOnline.Shop reserves the right to ask the customer for the full amount of shipping costs, plus the costs incurred for storage.
Difficulty receiving the goods?
Notify it at the same time as the order (in the notes, via email); ProfumiOnline.Shop cannot in any case be held responsible for damage caused by any delay in delivery that is not directly attributable to it or for damage caused by the carrier. In the event of a change in the delivery address, even if only a house number change, the courier requires an additional cost of € 6.90.
